Felt and suede covered mallets for a far better sound while playing. The larger mallets most useful with larger bowls.
Various playing sticks of differing dimensions and material. All are made with hard wood with the exception of the white felt mallets which are made with bamboo for it's flexibility. It is wise to experiment with different diameter woods within the context of a particular Bowl or Ganta, each having characteristics that is unique to itself. As grooves develop on the stick better sound and easier playing will result.
